| Topics: | MAS ETH MTEC is a study programme which focuses mainly on: General Management and Human Resource Management; Strategy, Technology and Innovation Management; Information and Operations Management; Quantitative and Qualitative Methods; Financial Management and Economics. Teaching language is predominantly English.

| Objectives: | The aim of the programme is the development of skills essential for interdisciplinary problem solving within a corporate environment. It's a multidisciplinary programme focussed on providing key qualifications necessary for positions in management.

| Professional perspectives: | Successful graduates of the MAS degree in Management, Technology, and Economics are able to assume challenging tasks in all areas of the industry. They could operate as: Project leaders in major and complex projects, technology managers, product managers or executive producers, workflow or process designers in organisations, consultants, entrepreneurs. |
| Programme structure: | Semesters 1-3: 48 credits must be obtained by actively attending lectures for 2 days a week (approx. 14 hours per week) plus homework and performance assessments during and mostly at the end of the semester. Workload: 40 %. Semester 4: Writing of the Master's thesis in an enterprise. |
| Target group: | Specialists with a master's degree in natural or technical science and a minimum of 2 years experience in business.

| Requirements: | Master's degree in technical or natural sciences acknowledged by ETH or equivalent educational qualifications and a minimum of 2 years working experience. In addition, good knowledge of English is absolutely necessary.
Highly qualified people who do not fulfill these requirements but with an equivalent educational background may be admitted after individual review if they provide evidence of sufficient professional experience and additional qualifications in the required fields (limited number of admissions).
