Course description: Drug regulation in Europe and Switzerland: an introduction to regulatory affairs is offered in order to understand the legal basis and its implications for drug development and production
Additional information: In particular, the following topics will be covered: organisation of European and Swiss authorities and their main regulations, the implications of drug regulation for pharmaceutical and clinical development, marketing authorisation procedures and post-marketing procedures.
Target group: The course addresses pharmacists and other natural scientists working in the pharmaceutical industry, in a hospital or for the health authorities.
